Truth be told, Monee’ Perry was destined to own her own business. Every day after school she went to her family businesses; they owned three shops (a tuxedo shop, a bridal shop and florist) on half of a block in the Crenshaw district in LA from the 1960-1990s. She saw what it took daily from birth to build something you love while affecting the community and those who came after you. Her parents did that. Fast forward here's more about her journey....
Born and raised in Inglewood, California, a marketing maverick, manager, label and production executive and entrepreneur, Monee’ knew she’d be involved in arts and entertainment from a very young age. Since that time Perry has collaborated with and elevated the careers of some of the most legendary artists in the world, worked at some of the largest and most successful tech, management, media and music companies in the business and created countless campaigns that have transformed artists, products and brands into global household names.
After 25+ years in the tech and entertainment space being of service for others her passion for music and entertainment began to fade with life's troubles, but commitment to people and their overall success and well-being drove me to succeed on the highest level on a daily basis and be a role model for generations to come which is how 4th Ave Collective was birthed. Frustrated with the “wig on a pig”, microwavable artist management firms, Monee' set out to create something with substance, something that resonated from a real place unlike the Hollywood fake.
Not your average boutique management firm 4th Ave better known as 4th Ave Collective takes pride in building people inside out, while using traditional industry tactics and collective creative energy to facilitate a power roster. With over 25 years in music and marketing, and bringing a breath of fresh air from an all female staff, the collective future for 4th Ave Collective is promising. 4th Ave Collective acts as a life CEO for creative clients, not only helping them align their business for the traditional career happenings but taking a broader approach to care about their human happenings. Our key goal is to help creatives build a foundation to thrive in and out career paths and/or life changes by surrounding them with a team of the traditional tech and entertainment management resources in addition to the non traditional like wellness services and life coaching.
